1) Policy Overview

Thank you for choosing Learn With Asif and enrolling in the
TikTok Creator Rewards Program. Because access to premium digital materials, live mentorship, and community resources is granted immediately after payment, our course is delivered under a no-refund policy, subject to the limited exceptions listed below.

2) Pricing & Payments

• Original Fee: 15,000 PKR
• Discounted Fee: 5,999 PKR only
• Payment must be completed in full before course access is granted.
• By completing payment, you agree to this Refund Policy.

3) No-Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable once access to the digital course, live sessions, or private community is provided. This includes situations such as change of mind, schedule conflicts, device or internet issues on your side, or lack of progress.

4) Limited Exceptions We May Consider

Although refunds are generally not issued, we will review the following cases:

• Duplicate charge: you were charged twice for the same order.
• Unauthorized transaction: payment was made without your authorization (supporting documentation may be required).
• Technical access failure: you paid but were not granted access due to a verifiable platform error that we cannot resolve within 5 business days.

Note: Change of mind, schedule conflicts, or personal device/network issues are not eligible for a refund.

5) Batch Transfer Option

At our discretion, we may offer a one-time transfer to the next available batch if you notify us before your live cohort starts. Transfers are not guaranteed and may require proof of circumstance.

6) How to Request a Review

If you believe you qualify for an exception, email us within 7 days of purchase:

• Subject: Refund/Charge Review – Order #your order ID
• Include full name, email used at checkout, transaction ID/screenshot, purchase date, and a brief description.

We typically respond within 2–4 business days. If approved, duplicate/invalid charges are reversed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (processor timelines may vary).

7) Currency, Taxes & Processing

• All prices are listed in PKR unless stated otherwise.
• Your bank or provider may apply conversion fees, local taxes, or other charges.
• Payments are handled by trusted third-party processors; we do not store full card details.

8) Course Access & Fair Use

• If access is revoked due to policy violations (e.g., content sharing/piracy, abusive conduct), no refund will be issued.
• We may temporarily suspend access while investigating suspected fraud or chargebacks.

9) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the site and services after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
